TPU is the user favorite for flexible filaments. It is compatible with all of the below surfaces however we would generally recommend the BuildTak Original mostly. This is because of the nature of the coating on both surfaces. TPU has no issues adhering, but can hold too aggressively and cause coating damage when removing. When removing, we recommend first heating the base to 60-70 °C. Then, using a rounded metal spatula, like our Buildtak Spatula or equivalent, to gently push under the part and work it off. This is especially important with prints with larger foot prints. Other than that, keep a good nozzle distance away from the surface and you should have no problems getting your prints going!
